First, contact your insurance company to report the damage and open a claim. During the claims process, they'll likely ask if you've selected a repair facility. 

Step 2: We Assess the Damage & Prepare an Estimate

Once you've chosen Talin RV, bring your RV to us, and we'll perform a comprehensive damage assessment and prepare a detailed repair estimate. Our team works directly with your insurance company's assigned claims adjuster to ensure all necessary repairs are properly documented and approved.

Note: It's common for insurance companies to issue an initial estimate—and sometimes even send you a payment—before your RV has been inspected by a qualified repair facility. Don't be alarmed if that first estimate seems low. This is a normal part of the process and is based only on the limited information available at the time.

Step 3: We Submit a Supplement (If Needed)

In cases where the insurance company makes an initial estimate before our inspection, we submit what is called a supplement (updated repair estimate) that outlines the full scope of repairs required and actual costs. Once the supplement is approved, the insurance company will issue payment for the additional repair costs.

Step 4: We Perform the Repair

Once the repair estimate has been approved by your claims adjuster, we move forward with the repair.

Step 5: Payment

When your repairs are complete, you'll simply use the insurance funds you've received to pay for the covered repairs.
